About the Role:

This position is part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service to Grace’s corporate and private clientele. The role includes coordinating commercial relocations and ancillary services, and relationship development with some of Grace’s largest clients.

In addition to the coordination of relocation assignments, the Customer Service Coordinator maintains day to day responsibility for their clients including database management, proposals, storage and invoicing.

Client customer service is central to the role and the successful candidate will have strong communication skills and working through solutions for a better customer experience.

What You'll Need:
