Admin / Customer Service (Pre-press)

We have a fantastic career opportunity for an All Rounder to join our team to perform Admin, Customer Service and Pre-Press roles, and further their career with a rapidly expanding leading Australia wide online printing business specializing in online web to print.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our Administration, Customer Service and pre-press team in Moorabbin, Melbourne.

The role primarily requires communicating with customers by email, placing purchase orders and the checking / amending of customer supplied files for print as well as general admin tasks.

For the right person, this position will afford an opportunity to expand and grow with the business.

Flexible hours are available for the right candidate

The successful applicant:

You will ideally have a degree of experience with the Adobe Suite of programs, Pre-Press or Printing skills would be an advantage.

Although some experience in similar roles is preferred, if you think you have what it takes to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.

You will need to have:

A high attention to detail.

The ability to complete everyday tasks with accuracy.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.

Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat DC) and print production.

An understanding of printing and artwork file formats.

The ability to learn new systems and processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A positive attitude and the ability to problem solve.

The ability to work independently as well as be a great team player.

Skills or interest in Marketing, Photography & Graphic Design would be advantageous.
