Our new team member will work closely with our technical management to deliver top customer and tradesperson service, supporting and nurturing our development through:

Primary contact point for general customer service

Managing customer and trade communications

Resolution of service queries

Managing escalations

Learning and keeping up to date with our product apps and portals

Fostering excellent customer experiences

This role will be based in the Shepparton office with some site visits to assist customers. Current Victorian Driver's Licence will be required.

About You
If you have a minimum of 5 years experience with customer service, reception or administrative roles, come and talk to us. If you have the ability to work within a team environment that relies on you as a central communications hub and love delivering quality service, you could be the one for us. You will need good technology awareness, a strong sense of initiative, excellent communication skills and the ability to see a project through from beginning to end.

Be highly motivated with good organisation and time management skills.

Love owning a process and ‘making it work’.

Have communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to work in a cross-functional team.

Enjoy a laugh in a small group of peers.

Ability to multi-task and deal with constant change.
