Thai Junction is a trendy and busy modern Thai restaurant located in Southland, Willetton. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef specialising in Thai cuisine to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

have strong knowledge of authentic Thai food as well as modern Thai fusion cuisine

Be able to create exciting, innovative, and seasonal menus

demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills

possess good knowledge of food costing, portion control, and stock management

ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all time

be reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
