An experienced Dermal clinician is required with at least 3 years of experience to work in Endeavour Hills for 3 days a week with an opportunity to grow into a fulltime role.

About You:

-You’ll be the leading dermal therapist of a brand new, in high-demand health clinic with enquiries and clients already on standby.

-You have extensive knowledge of dermal conditions and procedures with hands-on experience in most types of skin rejuvenation treatments . Knowledge and ability to handle Laser hair removal procedures would be advantageous however not as critical as your proven experience as a dermal clinician.

-You have proven past of achieving targets, ability to provide result oriented outcomes and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to get involved with a brand new skin and hair clinic in Endeavour Hills surrounded by multiple health practitioners.

You will conduct comprehensive consultation with the latest diagnostic equipment and provide advanced dermal procedures while maintaining the best practice in record keeping , clinical compliance and infection control protocols.

You’ll have the freedom to tailor the treatment plan based on your expertise and recommendations to achieve the best result for the clients.

As the first leading person in this business, you will work alongside the owner and have opportunity to be involved in marketing decisions and stock/ inventory management.

You will be given some task targets/goals and rewarded for exceeding them.

Mentoring and supporting junior clinicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
