About This Role

We’re looking for a special person — someone warm, organised, and confident — to take on a Clinic Coordinator / Front of House position. You’ll be the first face our clients see and the backbone of our day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time role where you’ll work closely with our highly skilled team to keep the clinic running smoothly, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the continued growth of our business.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

Have qualifications in beauty or dermal therapy are a must for our front of house position.

Managerial, Marketing and Retail skills preferred.

Bring at least 3 years hands-on industry experience (excluding covid period).

Have experience with reception, bookings, customer care, or admin.

Are a natural leader, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced clinic

Are warm, clear in communication, and passionate about skin health

Want a long-term role where you can grow, learn, and lead
