Dermal or Beauty Therapist – Skin, Scalp & Body Treatment Specialist

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate dermal or beauty therapist to join our team at The Revive Room—part of our advanced Hair and Skin Clinic REGENICA in Hampton.

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of dermal therapy and regenerative scalp treatments, supported by clinical-grade protocols and a team dedicated to excellence. You’ll help clients transform their skin and hair health, delivering evidence-based results with a luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive skin, scalp, and hair consultations using professional diagnostic tools (training provided)

Formulate personalised treatment plans based on client concerns and goals

Perform in-clinic services including:

Medical-grade facials

Micro needling

Chemical peels

Scalp and hair spa treatments (experience preferred but not essential)

Educate clients on aftercare, skincare, and haircare routines

Recommend suitable in clinic skin and hair products

Maintain a polished, hygienic, and calming treatment environment

Assist with inventory and clinic upkeep as needed

About You

1–2+ years’ experience in beauty or dermal therapy (Cert IV or equivalent preferred)

Passionate about skin, scalp, and hair health

Client-focused with a warm, professional presence

Organised, reliable, and self-motivated

Strong communication and consultation skills

Eager to learn advanced clinical protocols and grow with the business

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Interest or experience in HydraFacial, lasers or blow-dry styling is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: $35.80 –$38.19/hour (based on experience) + performance bonus
