About the role

Victorian Dermal Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dermal Clinician to join our team in Kew, Victoria. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and success of our prestigious, results-driven clinic.

What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional clinical care and results-driven treatments to our valued patients

Conducting comprehensive consultations to assess individual needs and create tailored treatment plans

Performing a diverse range of advanced dermal procedures with precision and confidence

Ensuring meticulous documentation of patient records and strict adherence to regulatory and clinical compliance

Collaborating closely with the wider medical team to provide holistic, patient-centred care

Staying informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the aesthetic industry

Mentoring and supporting junior clinicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

What we're looking for

Dermal Clinician (must have completed a Bachelor of Health Science or equivalent) with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a dermal or cosmetic clinic

Extensive knowledge of advanced dermal and cosmetic treatments, including lasers, skin treatments and an understanding of other medical cosmetic procedures

Proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on customer service

Confident in developing personalised treatment plans and recommending suitable skincare products to support long-term results

Exceptional clinical skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of practice

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients

A demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development

Maintains a polished personal appearance that reflects positively on both the individual and the organisation.

Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on driving sales.

Experience with Candela V Beam and Candela Picoway is highly favourable, though not essential
