About the role

LUME Skin Clinic is seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist or Dermal Clinician to join our growing team in Bendigo, VIC. This part-time role will see you providing a range of advanced cosmetic and skin treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including skin consultations, medi facials, peels, laser and LED treatments

Provide expert advice and recommendations on skincare products and homecare routines

Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction at all times

Maintain detailed client records and adhere to all clinic policies and procedures

Assist with stock management, social media, reception duties and presentation of the clinic

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Beauty Therapy or Dermal science studies

Minimum 2 years' hands-on' experience in a similar role within the beauty/skin clinic industry

Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skin goals

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest skin care trends, treatments and product innovations

A professional, friendly and empathetic approach to client interactions
