We’re a gorgeous boutique salon in Redland Bay, proudly established for over 15 years.

Our services range from beauty, spa, and advanced skin treatments to professional hair services.

Our close-knit team currently includes two Therapists, one Hairdresser, and our Beauty Therapist owner, who works remotely but remains closely involved in the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident and reliable Beauty Therapist to Manage our salon & provide a high standard of client care. This will be an exciting and varied role that involves managing the day to day running, whilst also being hands on in the treatment room.

Our salon owner works remotely, so you’ll manage the team on-site with her ongoing support. She’ll also handle admin tasks like stock ordering, marketing, rostering, and bookkeeping—allowing you to focus on clients and team leadership.

JOB ROLE SPECIFICS

Hours: Full time, 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday. No Weekends.

Pay Rate: $40-$50 per hour (permanent rate of pay), negotiable based on skills & experience.

Location: Rededge Shopping centre, Redland Bay (your own free all-day car park space provided).

Immediate start available.

Essential Attributes:

• Minimum Diploma or certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (completed) with minimum two years in salon experience essential.
• Previous experience in Salon Management or 2IC position essential.
• Confident in Dermaplaning & Skin Needling essential.
• IPL & RF experience highly regarded otherwise training can be provided.
