Position
An experienced Management Accountant is needed to assist with budgeting for a 4-6 month assignment, possibly longer. This role reports directly to the CFO and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting the budgeting processes.

• Budget preparation: work with different departments and clinical areas to prepare annual budgets
• Budget monitoring and control
• Reporting: Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Business partnering: Work closely with clinical and non-clinical managers to help them understand their budgets, give financial advice, and support decision-making.
• Work closely with a small, collaborative finance team of four.
• Use various IT systems — prior experience across different finance or ERP tools is sufficient (no specific system required).
• Leverage your proven background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Be adaptable, flexible, and able to work with different systems and processes

Profile

• CA/CPA/CIMA qualified finance professional
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Healthcare or hospitals experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and proactive approach
• Highly committed and reliable team player
