Duties & Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

Inspect agricultural produce to identify quality issues and provide advice to producers.

Develop, implement, audit, and monitor quality procedures at farms and food handling facilities to ensure compliance with standards.

Test samples for quality, size, and purity, ensuring hygiene requirements are met in storage, processing, packing, and transport.

Advise on economic aspects of disease eradication and communicate health implications to producers and the public.

Identify pests and diseases, and advise on regulations for grading, packing, and loading products.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field.

Familiarity with inspection tools, procedures, and industry standards.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
