Kids Gourmet Food is a volume catering business and the National leading provider of prepared meals to the childcare industry in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Graduate with a passion for Quality and Food Safety to assist the QA Co-ordinator in a short-term role, 4-6 months.

About the Role: Responsibilities

Development/updating of SOP’s, including food safety considerations and document control.

Assist with monthly GMP walk, monthly calibrations (scales, thermometers).

Support QA Coordinator in maintaining procedural and HACCP documentation.

Assist in the development of troubleshooting guides, cleaning guides, and guard/safety guides

Create micro testing schedule in consultation with QA Coordinator.

About You: Demonstrated Capabilities

Tertiary qualification in Food Technology, Science or related discipline.

Knowledge and understanding of Australian food regulations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to work in a team environment.

A strong focus on quality and excellent attention to detail.
