The Role

We’re currently seeking a motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team on the morning shift (5am–1pm). You’ll be hands-on in our lab, testing and verifying the quality of our dry-mix products. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Sample and test production batches in line with Crosbe’s Quality Plan

Follow documented test methods accurately

Record results in the QC system with precision and care

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised lab environment

Ensure equipment is functional and properly maintained

Label and store retain samples correctly

Uphold Crosbe’s safety and operational standards

About You

Physically fit – able to lift and mix 20kg bags of material

Great attention to detail and accuracy

Confident working independently and problem-solving

Build trusting working relationships within the technical team

Reliable, punctual, and proactive

Motivated and self-driven

Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills

Lab experience (in a manufacturing environment is a plus – but not essential)

Familiarity with construction products or dry-mix mortars is favourable
