We're Hiring: Formwork Contracts Administrator

Form Structures is looking for a Contracts Administrator who knows how FRP packages actually run — and how to keep them watertight from contract to completion.

If you’ve managed structural contracts before — especially in the formwork game — and you can translate site chaos into clean scopes, cost control, and bulletproof compliance… we want to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Administering Formwork & FRP Contracts
From scope review to variation tracking, you’ll own the paperwork that keeps the program moving and the numbers straight.

Supporting Live Projects
Liaising with project managers, foremen, and client-side admins to stay ahead of claim cycles, procurement, and compliance.

Managing Risk, Cost & Time
You’ll be across contract terms, deliverables, and key dates — flagging risks early, chasing approvals, and keeping records clean.

Coordinating FRP Packages
You understand how formwork, reo, and concrete tie together — and what happens when the paperwork doesn’t reflect the pour.

You’ll Need:

3+ years’ experience in contracts admin, ideally with a subcontractor in structural or formwork-heavy projects

Strong working knowledge of FRP (Formwork, Reo, Pour) package scopes and sequence

Confidence interpreting and negotiating contract terms

High attention to detail with variation, claim, and program tracking

A solutions-first mindset and the ability to back yourself under pressure
