Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators
• Drive enrolments, tours, and build strong community trust
• Ensure compliance with all Australian standards, including A&R
• Partner with families to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Strategically plan for growth as the service expands

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
• Previous experience in a senior leadership role within early childhood education (Centre Manager, Assistant Director/2IC, or similar)
• Strong experience in recruitment, retention, and occupancy growth
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and child protection requirements
• A passionate, approachable, and inspiring leader who values high-quality education and care
