About the Role:
This is your opportunity to step into a stable, well-functioning service where you’ll guide daily operations, respond to people-focused matters, and foster a culture grounded in quality, kindness, and purpose. And over time, as the scope of your role grows, so will your impact, and your salary.
Why this role stands out
- Full-time, 38 hours per week with block shifts for work-life balance
- $110,000 + super, with future pay review as scope grows
- Lead a well-established, single-site not-for-profit OSHC
- Stable and supportive environment.
- Oversee daily operations, HR matters, family communication, and rostering
- Work alongside an experienced Admin Manager and Coordinator (20+ years combined)
Support a capable, passionate team of educators who value quality - Drive continuous improvement by refining systems and supporting team culture
- Collaborate closely with a hands-on, supportive parent committee
- Enjoy a dedicated PD budget, annual bonding activities, and a positive workplace culture

About the Service:
This is a standalone OSHC with a long-standing reputation and deep ties to its North Shore community. Backed by a collaborative, hands-on parent committee, the service is known for its genuine warmth, high standards, and strong school partnership.
What you’ll love:
- A committee that listens, supports, and collaborates, not micromanages
- A Coordinator and Admin Manager with over 20 years’ combined experience
- Passionate team educators who care deeply about what they do
- Strong connection with the school and Principal
- A PD budget that’s actually used
- Team culture that celebrates effort and growth not just outcomes
About You:
You’re an experienced leader in OSHC (or a similar children’s service), and you thrive in roles that balance structure and heart. You’re calm under pressure, consistent in your communication, and confident in guiding others toward shared goals.
