Leading and developing the admin team to achieve business performance targets.

Hitting new leads, prospects, clients, and revenue goals each month.

Execute the business plan.

Ensure consistent compliance with core processes and integrate all major business functions.

Manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Salary FT: $70,000 - $75,000 OTE
