Overview

We are seeking a capable and detail-driven Finance Coordinator to support one of our valued clients in managing their day-to-day financial operations. This role involves working closely with the client’s Finance Manager to help streamline processes, manage overflow tasks, and maintain accurate financial records.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the client’s Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations

• Assist with managing overflow payments and ensuring timely processing

• Download and organise invoices for reconciliation and record-keeping

• Update bills and expenses with supporting documentation for XERO transactions

• Process disbursements end-to-end with accuracy and consistency

• Perform daily reconciliations across five active accounts

• Maintain clear and organised financial records

• Provide general administrative support related to accounts

• Help streamline financial workflows and improve operational efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Experience with XERO or similar accounting platforms

• Background in financial roles including accounts payable and receivable

• Familiarity with design practice environments and creative industry workflow

• Proven ability to solve problems independently and proactively

• Strong organisational skills with a focus on efficiency

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

• Capable of prioritising tasks and working under tight deadlines

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail

• Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple programs
