About the role

Auslink Transport Services' is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to join our dynamic team. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and performance of our organisation. With our headquarters based in Campbellfield, VIC, this is a full-time position that will see you at the forefront of our continued growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

Providing strategic financial leadership and oversight to support the company's overall business objectives

Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management

Collaborating with the senior management team to identify and implement initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency

Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions

Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Contributing to the company's long-term strategic planning and decision-making processes

What we're looking for

Proven track record as a seasoned CFO or senior finance executive within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation

Excellent financial management skills, including expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders

Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a recognised accounting designation (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
