Job Title: Prosecutions Administration Officer - Paralegal
Location: Melbourne
Pay rate: $50 - $60p/h + super

We are seeking a motivated Administration Officer to support a government Prosecutions team for a short term period.
In this role, you will assist with the administration of infringement notices, including internal review applications, official warning requests, cancelled or invalid notices, and report preparation. You will also maintain the infringements database and provide accurate, timely administrative support to the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing infringement notice activities and generating reports.
• Maintaining and updating the infringements database.
• Providing advice and support to authorised officers on infringement matters.
• Delivering general administration, including drafting correspondence, data entry, records management and accounts payable.

About you:

• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret and apply processes and policies.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
