The Role
As Senior Commercial Property Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day and strategic management of a key portfolio. Your focus will be on maintaining strong tenant and client relationships, delivering top-tier property performance, and ensuring compliance, reporting, and financial outcomes are achieved.

• End-to-end management of high-value commercial assets
• Delivering detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Oversight of maintenance, compliance, and capital works
• Leading lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals
• Acting as key contact for a major client
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team leadership

The Criteria
We’re looking for an experienced operator who brings professionalism, commercial insight, and a collaborative mindset.

• 5+ years' experience in commercial property management
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong lease negotiation, financial and reporting experience
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• WA Property Management Registration (essential)
• Experience managing corporate clients highly regarded
