The Role
As Commercial Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-quality portfolio of industrial assets, with the support of a collaborative team. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work closely with engaged and well-aligned clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of assets requiring strong communication with owners and tenants.
• Manage leasing negotiations, market reviews, and renewals
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital works
• Conduct regular property inspections and provide proactive asset advice
• Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants

About You:

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in commercial property management
• Current Certificate of Registration
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence, educate, and resolve issues professionally
• Proactive, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
