Malvern Automotive Repairs are a highly respected and trusted family run business in Malvern, which has been in operation since 1928.

We are seeking a talented Service Advisor, to be the connection between our experienced technicians and loyal customers.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

Ensure seamless and transparent communication with customers, in greetings, and discussions about their vehicle needs, inclusive of costs, timelines and concerns.

Accurately relay updates and expectations between the customer and our technicians to ensure a perfect experience.

Schedule, coordinate and manage vehicle service appointments within our booking system.

Coordinate with technicians, to ensure parts requirements are submitted and ordered by deadlines.

Complete quotes and invoices.

Prompt processing of all paperwork and related administrative functions.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service.

Friendly, clear and confident customer service skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail.

Previous experience in the motor industry is strongly preferred but not required.

Valid drivers licence.

Able to work well unsupervised.

Well-presented and well-mannered.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking attributes.
