What You’ll Be Doing

Be the face of the service department greeting and guiding customers through their service experience

Translate technical language into customer-friendly communication

Accurately open, manage, and close repair orders in line with dealership processes

Coordinate between technicians, parts, and customers to ensure smooth workflow

Proactively keep customers informed on progress, pricing, and timelines

Sell value added services in a way that builds trust and loyalty

What We’re Looking For

A natural communicator with strong customer service instincts

Previous automotive service advisor experience (preferred but not essential)

Well organised, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure

Team-oriented with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
