• The motivation to succeed and meet sales targets
• The ability to be the main point of contact for customers and consistent delivery of exceptional customer service throughout their service, be it in person or on the phone
• Ability to handle a large amount of RO's daily
• Collaborate with a well structured team of Advisors, Manager, and Service Receptionist
• High standards of personal presentation and professionalism
• Promoting parts and accessories as appropriate
• Competent computer skills, preparing repair orders, invoices, ordering parts and relevant paperwork when required
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Current driver's license
