Exciting opportunity to join a well-established law firm based at Southport. Work on a mix of litigation matters including body corporate disputes, building defect claims, estate disputes and general litigation matters.

The Role

Our client, a leading Gold Coast law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work on a broad range of litigation disputes including body corporate disputes, building defect claims, estate litigation and other general litigation matters. Your duties will include:

• Drafting correspondence and court documents under instruction
• Assisting with the discovery process
• Drafting letters of instruction and briefs to experts
• Liaising with Barristers and clients
• Diary management and scheduling appointments
• File management;
• Other general legal administration tasks as required.

You

To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal.

The salary on offer for this role is negotiable, dependent upon experience (up to $90,000 + super ).
