The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will running residential conveyancing files from start finish for QLD, NSW, VIC & WA. You will have administration assistance and settle approximately 20-25 files a month. Duties include drafting and typing conveyancing documents using precedents, liaising with clients being first point of contact for clients, dealing with banks, on line lodgements, trust deeds, leasing, settlement figures, booking settlements, PEXA settlements and general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 3 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You must be well organised and be able to meet deadlines.

National law firm with a dynamic culture. 26 staff in their Brisbane CBD office. Excellent training and processes. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($85,000 - $100,000 including superannuation).
