Leading Gold Coast law firm are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to autonomously manage files.

The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running conveyancing files from start to finish. You will have assistance with opening files and preparing initial correspondence. Duties include client liaison, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, using LEAP, organising settlement and doing settlement figures, working with Pexa and general file management duties.

You

You will have a minimum of 2 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You will also have excellent time management skills, work well in a team and have very good customer service skills.
