Supporting a Partner in the Management Rights/Conveyancing Team.

The role

As a Conveyancing /Management Rights Paralegal, you will be running files from start to finish. Your duties will involve

• Dealing with clients, doing on line searches,
• typing contracts, transfer documents,
• doing settlement statements, booking in settlements with PEXA
• and general file management duties.

You

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing or Property Paralegal experience. Management Rights Paralegal experience is not essential.

The Law Firm/ Salary

Law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. 40 staff. Have weekly morning teas, social club, monthly drinks nights. birthday leave, monthly massages. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($90,000 - $105,000 including superannuation).
