SOL Studios is a fast-growing, all-Aussie web development studio. We deliver everything from sleek one-page builds to full-scale eCommerce platforms. Every project is design-led, highly functional, and built for efficiency.

We’re looking for a senior developer to join our team on a project payout basis. This is not a traditional hourly role - instead, you’ll be paid flat rates per project aligned with scope. That means no timesheets, predictable earnings, and clear milestones.

This role is fully remote within Australia, making it ideal for someone who wants flexibility while still working on high-end projects.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end - from design execution through to delivery. Typical work includes:

Building in Webflow, WordPress (Bricks + others), and Shopify.

Creating visually stunning, functional websites with animations and responsiveness.

Designing in Figma (UI/UX background expected).

Using frameworks like ACSS/Core Framework for scalable builds.

Migrating content, testing, training, and launching projects.

Working directly with clients on calls and revisions.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years professional experience.

Proven expertise in Webflow, WordPress, Shopify.

Strong UI/UX and design background (not just development).

Proficiency in Figma.

Familiarity with ACSS or similar frameworks.

Confident with front-end code (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed.

Client-facing communication skills.

Bonus: motion design/animation, SEO, CRO.

Forward-thinking and AI-conscious - our workflows are optimised for AI, AGI, and vibe coding.

Payout Model (Examples)

One-page site: $250 flat.

Multi-page site: $800–$1,200 flat.

Larger builds: $2,000–$3,000 flat.

Full eCommerce/enterprise projects: $4,000–$10,000+ flat.

Developers can expect approx. 2–4 projects per month (depending on workload and capacity). Payments are milestone-based: 50% on design sign-off, 50% on launch. Bonuses apply for fast delivery, staying within revision scope, and excellent client feedback.
