About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of innovative and international modular projects. You’ll oversee documentation, manage consultants, and ensure compliance while driving creativity and practicality.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate modular home design from concept to delivery

Manage designers, engineers, and consultants

Ensure compliance with codes and regulations

Work closely with project managers and factory/site teams

Drive innovation in modular housing design

Liaise with our international manufacturing team management

About You

Qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, or Design

Experience in residential/modular construction design

Strong knowledge of Australian codes & NCC

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD

Excellent leadership and communication skills
