About Us:
We are a medium family-run business, looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. We value accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in managing our financial records.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with BAS, GST, and other compliance requirements.

Provide regular financial reports to management.

Liaise with external accountants and auditors when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper ( 3-5 years preferred).

Proficiency in MYOB AccountRight and Microsoft Excel .

Strong understanding of Australian accounting and compliance requirements (GST, BAS, PAYG, Superannuation).

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent qualification preferred.

Candidates must have permanent working rights in Australia
