Succeed Consultancy is a dynamic and growing company specialising in the consultancy and management of childcare centres across NSW and ACT. We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support our Accounts Manager and be a valued part of our expanding team.

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Preparing and lodging BAS, PAYG & superannuation
Processing payroll and calculating payroll tax
Processing payroll, including payroll tax calculations and award interpretation
Handling WorkCover calculations and submissions
Preparing and processing journal entries
Generating monthly financial reports
Reconciling balance sheet items

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a bookkeeping and payroll role
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MYOB and Xero (at least 2 years' experience)
Experience with Employment Hero or similar software preferred but not essential
Microsoft Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
Childcare Software previous experience with Kinderm8 and or OWNA (preferred however not a requirement)
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and ability to multi-task
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
Autonomy & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
