As a Diploma Qualified Educator you will be responsible for the quality care and education for children enrolled in our centre.

Our Educators contribute to children’s knowledge through various means, including play-based learning, using intentional teaching, observations and parent input in a holistic manner supporting individual’s needs, interests and abilities. Our vast array of activities supports children to develop at their own pace through exploration and discovery of their own environment, and the people around them. You will be responsible for planning educational programs that engage with children’s interests and connect with our community.

To be successful in this role you should possess a Diploma or Certificate 3 in Children’s Services and a demonstrated passion for early childhood learning. Bringing your dedication for working with, and educating children, you will be responsible for contributing to the educational programs according to the Early Year Learning Framework-Belonging, Being & Becoming and the National Quality Framework, liaising with families and supporting the development of your colleagues.
