What we are looking for

This is an exciting and challenging position that will suit an up-and-coming Bookkeeper who has:

• A focus on reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable and payroll processing
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear & concise communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
• You must be passionate about bookkeeping & want a long-term position with a dynamic bookkeeping agency.
• Your day will involve you working on several different clients, from several different industries, and quite often on different accounting software. Adaptability is a must!

The successful candidate will possess

• Xero and MYOB skills
• Excel, Microsoft Office skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skill - this is essential
• Sound bookkeeping knowledge
• Xero Advisor and Payroll Certification before employment
