The Role
Think of this job as part detective, part matchmaker, and part happiness-maker. You’ll be chatting with our clients on the phone, double-checking their details in our CRM, and making sure everything is spot-on so our sales and property management teams can do what they do best.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

Giving clients a quick, friendly call to confirm their details.

Updating and polishing our CRM so it’s squeaky clean and accurate.

Spotting opportunities for our team to wow our clients.

Being the first friendly voice our clients hear from us.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident, friendly phone manner (you like people, and they like you).

An eye for detail—typos and wrong numbers bug you.

Someone who loves ticking things off their to-do list.

CRM experience is a bonus, but we’ll teach you if you’re keen to learn.
