An opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to work with an award winning and respected QLD and NSW home builder.

Salary on offer: $110K - $125K + super, car, phone, laptop and fuel card.

Location: Office is located Sydney's North Shore.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work closely with the clients on site and via phone.
• Ensure correct building practices and procedures are followed at all times
• Ensure build quality is adhered to within set time frames and budgets.
• Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
• Day to day work flow updates of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork.
• Manage the Pre-settlement handover process

Experience and qualifications:

• Experience supervising residential home builds. Custom and project homes.
• NSW Supervisors License or Builders Certificate is a MUST.
• Trade qualification in carpentry is ideal.
• A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
• Hold a current White Card
• Hold a valid driver's licence (mandatory)
