We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a reputable homebuilder covering projects in the Hunter Valley region. What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing up to 25 projects at a time, including standalone homes and townhouse-style developments
• Coordinating trades, suppliers, and materials to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Ensuring quality standards, site safety, and compliance across all builds
• Managing schedules, inspections, and client communications
• Reporting progress to senior management with minimal need for supervision

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the residential construction sector
• Ability to manage high-volume projects independently
• Trade qualification and Supervisor's Ticket (Builder's Licence highly regarded)
• Strong commitment to longevity and delivering quality homes
• Based in or willing to travel across the Hunter Valley and Newcastle areas
