Your Role:

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for company's accounts end to end. Leading your will team they will assist you in the day to day entries.

Motivated by a challenge, highly organised and determined to take charge of the accounts department, assets and compliance.

To be successful you must demonstrate experience in:

NetSuite ERP system experience (highly regarded)

Management accounting

Accounts Payable / Receivable / Payroll / Reconciliations

Multi-currency accounting

Reading & creating financial reports

CPA & CA qualified

Month-end and year-end financial reporting

Budget preparation and variance analysis

Cash flow forecasting and management

Tax compliance and BAS preparation

Internal controls and process improvement

Financial analysis and KPI reporting

Audit preparation and liaison with external accountants

Have key attributes of:

Delegation skills with leadership and mentoring abilities

Strong communication skills

Attention to detail

Initiative and problem-solving skills

Analytical mindset with commercial awareness

Candidates who have working in a inventory / distribution driven business would be highly regarded.
