Position Overview:
eSafety Supplies is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team on a full-time basis.

The role will include all facets of accounting duties and you will the go-to person.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger.

Manage payroll and related functions

Manage the integrity of the systems and ensure accuracy of data

Liaising customers and suppliers

Train, guide and manage junior staff members

Develop process and systems

Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Traits:

Full working rights in Australia

Tertiary qualifications in accounting

Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role

Preferred but not mandatory, experience in Odoo, Xero or similar accounting software and ERP Systems

Experience Excel and Microsoft applications

A proactive team player with a can-do attitude!

Ability to work independently and in a team environment and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
