Location: 15 CarpetCall Showroom across Metropolitan Melbourne

About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will guide customers through the process of selecting their perfect flooring products

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on a specific range of products
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and new trends within the industry.
• Maintain an inviting and visually appealing showroom

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in retail or sales not necessary, we will train you
• Availability to work weekends
