Are you passionate about safety, compliance, and supporting operational excellence? Ventia is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance, Quality & Safety Administrator to join our City of Sydney contract. This is a permanent full-time role with an onsite presence across both our Town Hall office and Alexandria depot.

What you'll be doing:
- Review and process high risk permit to work applications.
- Onboard contractors and maintain licensing records.
- Support new employee and contractor setup in Ventia safety systems.
- Maintain registers (hazmat, confined space, heritage, risk, etc.).
- Assist with monthly KPI and compliance documentation.
- Load hazard reports and generate remediation tasks.
- Support toolbox talks, onsite reviews, and quality inspections.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in Work Health & Safety.
- Prior admin experience in maintenance or facilities management desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and safety-focused mindset.
