We are a busy and well-established public practice accountancy firm located on Brisbane’s Southside. We are currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This is a front-line role in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys client interaction, and is confident managing competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
This full-time position will see you as the first point of contact for our clients—both locally and internationally. Your responsibilities will include a wide variety of reception and administrative duties, supporting the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Excellent client service skills, including the ability to liaise with both local and international clients
A professional and courteous phone manner, with a polished presentation
A positive, team-focused attitude, with the ability to work independently when required
Strong computer and data entry skills with a high attention to detail
Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Prior experience in the accounting or professional services industry (highly regarded but not essential)
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (essential)
