About the Role
As a Process Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising complex mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly. This role requires problem-solving under pressure, technical know-how, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

Australian recognised trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting

Proven experience in fault finding on complex mechanical systems (ideally in food manufacturing)

Skilled in time-critical breakdown repairs to meet production targets

Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

Solid understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, and security standards in manufacturing

Flexibility to work across day shift, night shift, and Saturdays when required

Restricted electrical licence (disconnect/reconnect) – highly regarded
