We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join a leading commercial construction company on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

You’ll be working with a friendly, professional finance team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of all supplier invoices.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing and coding supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Managing payment runs and preparing remittance advice
• Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable (construction industry experience highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident in using accounting software and Excel
• Available to commence immediately and commit for the full 3-month period
