Role Overview

As part of the finance team, the Accounts Payable role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our multi-venue hospitality group. Working closely with venue managers and external suppliers, you’ll ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial data, assist with payment cycles, maintain vendor relationships, and support regular reconciliation processes.

This is a hands-on position well-suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple venues

· Liaise with venue managers and suppliers to ensure timely approval and accurate entry of financial data

· Process and reconcile supplier accounts within payment terms

· Monitor recurring expenses and track service-related charges

· Assist with regular account reconciliations across various trading terms

· Ensure proper allocation of expenses using job codes and GL accounts

· Support the finance team in monthly reporting and payment preparation

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in financial systems

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 3 years' experience in an account payable or finance support role

· Familiarity with MYOB or similar accounting software (experience with job costing will be an advantage)

· Comfortable working across multiple systems and supplier platforms

· Strong attention to detail with solid organisational and reconciliation skills

· Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments is desirable

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software

· Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
