Our client is seeking a highly capable and motivated Finance Manager to join their Australian team on a temporary basis for 6 months. The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you’ll play a key role in supporting strategic planning and business decision-making by delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and clear recommendations. You’ll be the vital link between Finance and other business functions, ensuring financial information is both accessible and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including long-term planning and “what if” scenario modelling.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to guide business decisions and resource allocation.
• Partner with Business Unit Managers to interpret financial trends and their implications.
• Consolidate and prepare reports for regional and global stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes, including submissions for quarterly reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, including cross-functional financial projects.

What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adaptable when priorities shift.

We’re looking for:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar finance role, ideally in an international environment.
• Proven experience in management accounting, budgeting, and planning.
• Strong systems skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, and SAP.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
