Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the organisation on a 6-month contract to support and strengthen the membership function.

This is a pivotal role that requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide structure, insights, and strategic thinking to improve operational and financial performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a commercial gap analysis across the business

Build a deep understanding of internal operations and processes

Apply a commercial lens to business functions to identify areas for improvement

Identify new revenue opportunities and cost efficiencies

Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Partner with operational teams to embed improved processes and knowledge sharing

Design and deliver initiatives to build commercial capability across the team

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

CA/CPA qualifications

Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Manager in a commercial business or membership-based organisation (industry open)

Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability

A collaborative approach and the ability to influence stakeholders

Proven success driving operational and financial improvements
