Your position as Medical Receptionist:

As the first point of contact for patients and their families, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments with accuracy and care
• Processing and maintaining patient information in the electronic medical records system
• Coordinating with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
